Candy is a 6 year old POA Appaloosa mare. She stands at 14 hands which is considered a large pony. She is a blue roan blanketed appy with perfect conformation. Candy was lightly used as a lead line pony before we started her in English and jumping in the fall of 2017. Candy was at her first jumping show with less than 30 days training at 2'3. Throughout the winter we did a local winter jumper series up to 3 foot competition. In late March we showed 2’9 to 3’3 cold turkey and brought home the blue ribbon in all 3 classes. Candy is a beautiful mover and jumper with lots to offer her rider in the show pen. She is honest with a work ethic like no other. Candy has a go button and will not work for beginners. Anyone that can walk, trot, and canter with confidence will be able to ride and enjoy her. She is not spooky at all and has a “can do “ attitude. Candy has auto lead changes and will jump anything you point at her.  She also rides trails has moved cows, done some vaulting, and loves bareback. She will put you in the ribbons whether it is eventing or jumpers!!Candy did compete in Bend OR at her first certified USEF show in July.
